New Website Launched

It is a pleasure to announce that we have a new website to help address the issues with On Street Residential Charge Points! Going forward we hope this to be a resource for anyone interested in the EV industry, to find out more what’s happening today and in the near future. It is exciting times for the EV sector for all concerned. Power Kerbs is particularly interested in the civil engineering and power distribution for public charge points.

The founder Gavin Ferns has been involved in project management in many construction sectors from civil engineering to rail, and spotted an opportunity in 2016 relating to Charge Points. Having a good understanding of risk in the ground and also been on a site where there was been a serious cable strike; a good portion of Cardiff city electricity was taken out in that incident and no one harmed fortunately, he understands the risky nature of opening any footpath or road to install power cables. This is what faces most companies and Local Authorities in the next few years heading towards 2030.

Power Kerbs has just registered a patent for a product that will avoid deep trenching and other hidden services and are open to collaboration with suppliers and installers across the EV civil engineering verticals, please do get in touch if this is of interest to your business. hello@powerkerbs.com
